“Every curriculum I design is a chance to empower both educators and learners.”

Why I Do What I Do
My passion for education began long before I stepped into a classroom professionally. Growing up in Ethiopia, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education—and the gaps that still exist within it. That early exposure sparked my commitment to not only teach, but to design better learning systems that reach every learner, especially those often overlooked.
I began my career as a classroom teacher, but quickly realized that my true calling was in curriculum design and instructional strategy. I found joy in crafting learning experiences that were clear, culturally responsive, and genuinely effective. Over time, this grew into a mission: to empower educators and institutions with meaningful curriculum tools and learner-centered design.
One milestone that reaffirmed my path was leading the full curriculum redesign for a startup international school. It was a bold, high-stakes project, but it taught me the importance of intentional curriculum mapping, inclusive content, and strong instructional alignment. Seeing both the educators and students thrive because of our work—that was the moment I knew I was doing what I was meant to do.
Today, with over 15 years of experience across continents, I’ve helped schools, universities, and organizations develop instructional systems that honor diversity, promote wellness, and center real learning. I’m still driven by that same passion: to create engaging, equitable, and effective education for all.
